Our way of traveling looks like this: we roughly imagine when we can go on a trip, where we want to be, and how much time we have for a potential location; usually months in advance. Once we make a final decision about the destination, we buy plane tickets through the site of the cheapest company, combining our assumption of the range of our absence from Münster and the ticket prices for different days…
Cross every meridian and every parallel of the Earth, visit the most remote corners of the world, and get to know every single civilization. Be everywhere, see everything, meet everyone, do all sorts of things!
… After that, we organize the now defined period and duration of the trip. We consider all possible options and accordingly book accommodation online wherever the location and prices suit us. Usually, everything just flows on its own, in steps and stages, until we arrange what’s necessary up to the day of departure, and then we handle the rest on the go. That’s our way of spreading out costs and making the most efficient use of the time snatched from the mundane routine of life!
